🏡 Respect Our Home This is our family’s home (and we live on-site), so we kindly ask that you treat it with care and enjoy it as much as we do. We’re nearby if you need anything-just reach out! Additional Visitors & Gatherings Guests who are not included in the reservation may only visit the property with prior approval from the Host. Approval is subject to the total occupancy limits of the property and may require an additional occupancy or gathering charge to cover the added use of the home, amenities, utilities, and cleaning. Unapproved visitors or exceeding the approved occupancy limits may result in additional charges and may be grounds for termination of the reservation. 🛏️ Hall Cabinets The hall cabinets contain owner's reserve bath towels, bedding, and other supplies used to prepare the home between guests. Please leave these items in place. The exception is the pool towels, which are available for your use during your stay. Please wash, dry, fold, and return them to the hall cabinets before checking out so they're available for our turnovers. Pets We don’t have pets ourselves, but your well-behaved, house-trained fur baby is welcome! To help keep the home clean and comfy for everyone: - Please keep pets off the beds, furniture, and out of the pool – fur clogs the filter and requires a full chemical reset. If pet use is discovered in any of these areas, a $100+ cleaning fee may apply - When you leave the house, please crate your pet to prevent any accidents or damage - Be sure to clean up after your pet, inside and outside, including picking up all waste before checkout Pool Rules Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. To keep the pool clean and safe for everyone: - No pets, glass, confetti, glow sticks, streamers, balloons, etc. in or around the pool - Swimwear only - regular clothes shed fibers that clog the filters - Please remove the pool vacuum (Polaris) before swimming by gently pushing the hose connection in and turning counter-clockwise - After swimming, reconnect it by pushing in and turning clockwise until it locks so it can run its morning cleaning cycle Kitchen Use Guidelines The kitchen is fully stocked for normal meal preparation. To help keep the home fresh for all guests, we ask that you avoid heavy frying or cooking foods that produce strong or lingering odors or oil vapors, as these can leave residue on walls, cabinets, and furniture and are difficult to remove between guest stays. Please remember to use the vent fan when cooking. If you use any dishes, cookware, or utensils, please wash them and return them to the drawers or cabinets where you found them. Everything is labeled to make it easy to put things back in the right place. We also provide washable sponge cloths in the drawer for cleaning dishes and counters. Many guests prefer a disposable sponge, so we’ve included those as well. Please feel free to use whichever you prefer. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! Parking & Property Care Please park in the circle driveway or along the street, keeping the side driveway clear. 🚫 Do not drive or park on the grass-it will break the sprinklers! Thermostat & Energy Usage We offer a concierge-style experience by setting the home to your preferred temperature before arrival! To keep the home comfortable and ensure the HVAC system runs efficiently - especially during extreme weather - we set the thermostat to operate best within these ranges: 70–76°F in warmer weather and 65–70°F in cooler weather. This approach helps protect the system’s health and supports environmental sustainability in our community. If you have a preferred temperature outside these ranges, just let us know - we’re happy to discuss your options to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You may see us around briefly during your stay -we may stop by to tend to the pool, handle trash, or do light yard work. Private access to the entire 4-bedroom unit, including the Owner's Unit (Bedroom 4). Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry soap provided. Parking options include front circle driveway or street parking, keeping the side driveway clear to the RV and garage. Owner On Property - The host lives on-site in a completely private space -either in the Owner’s Unit or the RV, depending on which listing is booked. Guests have full access to the rental and all amenities, with no shared spaces and private entrances ensuring complete privacy and no interruptions during their stay.
